By accessing and using BizCard Scanner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional terms, policies, or guidelines referenced herein.

To use the BizCard Scanner, you must be at least 13 years of age. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3.1 Creating an Account

To access certain features of BizCard Scanner, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4.1 License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use BizCard Scanner for personal and non-commercial purposes.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating Laws: Using the App in any manner that violates any applicable laws, regulations, or legal obligations.
• Infringing Rights: Infringing upon or violating our rights or the rights of others, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights.
• Disruptive Behavior: Using the App in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functionality of the App or interfere with other users’ enjoyment of the App.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App, other users’ accounts, or our systems and networks.
• Malicious Activity: Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.

4.3 User Content

You may submit, upload, or store content, including scanned business card information, within the App (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and sublicensable license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content for the purposes of operating and improving the App. You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that it does not violate any applicable laws or infringe upon the rights of others.

5.1 Free and Paid Features

BizCard Scanner may offer both free and paid features. Access to certain premium features may require a paid subscription. The terms, pricing, and duration of such subscriptions will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

5.2 Payments and Billing

If you purchase a subscription or make any other payment through the App, you agree to provide accurate payment information and to authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or stated otherwise.

5.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription and cancel auto-renewal through your account settings.

7.1 Ownership

All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including but not limited to software, trademarks, logos, designs, and content, are owned by or licensed to us. You have no rights to use such intellectual property except as expressly provided in these Terms.

7.2 Trademarks

“BizCard Scanner” and our logo are trademarks of Bizcard scanner. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

8.1 Termination by You

You may terminate these Terms and your use of the App at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the App from your device.

8.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or harmful activities, or if we cease to offer the App.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. We reserve the right to delete your account and any associated data following termination.

9.1 No Warranties

BizCard Scanner is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App will not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for access to the App.

9.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the App will be resolved through binding arbitration in Pakistan, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
